A little about me…I am a Canadian Family Physician practicing for over 20 years. Windsor, Ontario has been my home for 18 years. I grew up all over Canada including the Maritimes and Prairies and went on to complete Medicine in my hometown of Winnipeg, MB. I am also proud to be a mom of 3 amazing individuals as well as an internationally certified Yoga Teacher!!

My passion for wellness and wellbeing led me to enhance my knowledge in medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine. I have been training in the aesthetic medicine realm for over 18 years.
